and direct staff: New Product Development and Production Purchasing. Will lead strategic purchasing teams to develop
sourcing strategies which leverage their total purchases, through spend aggregation, consolidation of supply base,
addition of low cost country (LCC) sources, etc. Also manage a team of New Product Development Buyers to deliver
new programs on time and at cost targets. Must have 5+ years of production purchasing experience, 3+ years of strategic
sourcing experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Sourcing Manager. – Indirect Materials & Services
Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary Range: to $75k

Responsible for sourcing indirect materials and services including Travel Services, Purchase and Travel Cards,
Temporary Employees, Recruiting, Background Check and Security Firms, and MRO supplies. For key product categories
cross-functional sourcing teams will be used to develop the sourcing strategy, support negotiations, through project
implementation and management. They are responsible for leading and managing these teams. Must possess 3 to 5 years
strategic procurement/category management experience for indirect materials (preferred) or strong direct materials
sourcing experience. Experience negotiating contracts with a value over $500,000 preferred. Excellent interpersonal
skills since successful candidate will be interacting with all levels of the organization.

Procurement Specialist
Location: Northern Virginia (DC metro area)
Salary Range: to $90K

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Supervisor Supply Chain
Location: Richmond, Virginia

Job Description:
-Manage and participate in the formation and execution of sourcing strategies and best practices.
-Responsible for making group resource assignments and changes.
-Develop and provide training in supply chain management tools including solicitation structure, cost based negotiation
skills & contract management and risk reward analysis.
-Lead the team in the analysis of proposals for Total Cost of Ownership impact of multiple alternatives
(multiple complex family awards, lease rate factor, make vs. buy, tax impact, etc.)
-Direct the team in external and internal spend streams; development of consistent sourcing plans, and implementation of initiatives.
-Maintain global marketplace intelligence.
Job Requirements:
-7 years experience directly related to indirect materials and services procurement. Prefer candidates with experience supporting process
industry facilities, especially chemical, pharmaceutical or petrol-chemical
-Six Sigma desired
-Significant experience dealing with contractors, strategic suppliers, Supplier Management programs and Supplier Diversity programs.
-Extensive experience in contract preparation and development, construction projects, engineered materials and engineering services.
-In depth knowledge of contract laws and practices and understanding of procurement principles and negotiation
MUST HAVE 4-YEAR BA/BS DEGREE ENGINEERING BUSINESS PREFERRED.
